Dr. Funmi Bankole has spent over twenty years leading a teens' ministry, mentoring adolescents through identity formation, peer pressure, and the transition into purposeful adulthood. Her methods are not theoretical — they were built and refined session by session, with real teenagers, over two decades.
Alongside this, she has spent more than three decades in public health leadership — including hospital reform, service integration, and workforce development at state and national level. That background shows up in how this programme is run: structured, outcomes-driven, and built to be taught by others, not just performed by her.
